Minimum Requirement;
-At least 10 years practical working experience in the area you can or have been training or consulting on. Meaning to train in finance course you must have worked or you are currently working within finance department up to top management level for at least 10 years.
-High interest on impacting and sharing your skills, knowledge experiences plus empowering others.
-Ready to work across Africa when called upon, minimum two days, maximum three months per session.
-Avid books and online reader on various corporate historical and emerging trends in various sectors,
-Ability to develop dynamic practical trainings with extensive practical cases analysis.
-Ability to develop quality post training materials for participants and implementation follow up.
-Extensive understanding on corporate business and organization cycle.
-Excellent communication, presentation and public speaking skills.
-Top public image, dressing and etiquette.

Our training unit is looking to fill up the above two positions.The ideal candidates will be in charge of managing and coordinating pre,during and post training activities with our trainers,clients and participants within designated hotels or clients training venues.
Minimum Requirement;
-Undergraduate or post graduate Degree students in communication,business management or any other related field.

4. Human Resources Assistant
Reporting to the Finance and Administration Manager, the position is responsible for providing support to the overall Human Resources Management function.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative and follow up support in recruitment, staff development, performance management, benefits administration and induction of new employees.
· Manage enquiries and routine correspondence in the HR department
· Maintain and update the HR database, employee electronic records and physical files.
· Ensure that all human resource files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and Dolphins Group policies and procedures.
· Facilitate report generation to allow efficient decision making by management.
· Assist in the development, review, communication and execution of HR policies and documents
· Support the administration of Dolphins Group’s reward management system
· Prepare and track staff contracts with regard to appointments, confirmations, renewals, promotions, transfers and terminations.
· Coordinate leave administration
· Coordinate the processing of terminal dues and staff clearance procedures during staff separation.
· Manage all communication with local and international training/other business partners.
.Coordinate Local and International Travel arrangements for our Corporate Trainers and all Dolphins Group Management and Staff.
Requirements
· A Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Social Sciences from a recognized University.
· A Diploma in HR from a recognized institution if the above degree is not in HR.
· A team player with high personal standards
· Excellent communication,etiquette and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organization skills.
· Self Managing.
· Dolphins Group is a Technology Savvy environment hence High level Proficiency in Information technology and Modern Online Systems is a MUST.
· Experience with a Human Resource Information Management System (HRIMS)
· At least Two(2) FULL years of experience in similar role.
